International shipping

Insured shipping to Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam is USD 35 per order, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days. After dispatch, the carrier, tracking number and available tracking link are sent as a transactional order update. Import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination and remain the buyer's responsibility. Other destinations require confirmation before payment. Inspect the parcel promptly and report visible transit damage with packaging evidence.

Returns and cancellations

New, unused pieces may be returned by mail when a request is made within 7 days after delivery. The piece must remain in its received condition with its certificate, security tags and original packaging. The buyer arranges and pays insured return shipping; there is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned piece passes inspection. Exchanges are not offered. Resized, mounted, engraved or otherwise customized pieces are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law.

Jadeite and certificates

Each product is clearly labeled as already certified or certification after purchase. For certification after purchase, cleared payment starts submission to a legally qualified national- or provincial-level gem testing institution in China. We select an institution whose authorized scope covers jadeite or jewelry and whose report can be checked through a public issuer channel; the exact issuer depends on actual acceptance and is not promised before submission. The piece is not shipped until the certificate is issued, the issuer, report number and lookup record are verified, and the result is shared with the buyer. Where applicable, the institution's CMA qualification and testing scope are checked against official records; a name containing national or provincial wording alone is not proof of qualification. Independent reinspection is supported while the piece remains unchanged with security tags intact. If the result materially conflicts with the listing or treatment disclosure, the buyer may request cancellation and refund before shipment; after delivery, the return policy and applicable law continue to apply. A certificate identifies the submitted specimen and is not an investment guarantee or future-value appraisal.

Privacy

We collect information you submit, such as name, contact details, product interest and messages, plus payment, carrier, tracking and notification records needed to process and deliver a purchase. If you request a live inspection, we also store your preferred appointment time and time zone solely to arrange and confirm that service; the request is not an automatic booking and does not require marketing consent. The order-status page verifies the complete order number and checkout email against the existing order record, returns only buyer-facing order and shipping fields, and prevents response caching. Transactional shipping notices are sent only to the customer email attached to the paid order and do not require marketing consent. With your analytics choice, we record anonymous session events, page paths, product actions, campaign parameters and referring domains to measure acquisition; we do not store IP addresses or browser fingerprints in this analytics record. When you submit an inquiry or begin checkout, this campaign attribution may be linked to the request or order so we can measure channel performance. Meta, TikTok or Google advertising tags load only when configured and you choose advertising measurement. You can change these choices at any time from the privacy control. Optional buyer follow-up is recorded separately and used only when you actively opt in; it can include inspection updates and incomplete-checkout reminders for the requested piece. Authorized messages and their delivery results are retained as a customer-service record. You can ask us to stop at any time. We use data to answer requests, operate orders, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Necessary data may be shared with hosting, messaging, payment, logistics or professional service providers and retained only as reasonably needed. You may request access, correction or deletion through the inquiry form.

If you consent to analytics and Google Analytics is configured, Google Analytics processes page and commerce events for audience and acquisition reporting. Advertising storage remains disabled unless you separately consent to advertising measurement.

Transaction terms

Website listings are invitations to inquire and do not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only when availability and final terms are confirmed and payment is received through the official checkout assigned to that piece. Prices may change before acceptance. Buyers must provide accurate information, use lawful payment methods and comply with destination import rules. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
